Re: 104 Technical trading experiments by HUNTER
-----
As most of you suggested and now, we have 10 members joined the group, we can resume our expedition.
Let's plan to take our next trade in early January.
---------------
To Remind of you the experiment suggestions:
=============================
* We will take 104 trades; one at a week
* Expect the participant to decide on how much to put in one trade; I suggest anything between Rs 200/- to Rs 2,000/- per each trade. Expected to put equal amount in all trades.
* I have already explained the trade set up we would follow, we will buy at the formation of the technical set up; sell it either SL or TP level is reached or else close at the end of the planned holding time.
* Personally, I might not sell at the SL levels, but it is up to each individual to take that risk. If you're new, I suggest sell if SL is reached.
* We will keep records of each trade, will review time to time
* You are encourage to discuss what you feel about any trade at any stage; let's make this interactive.
* The main objective of this experiment is to practice and learn about trading, not to make profits.
Clear?

Re: 104 Technical trading experiments by HUNTER
I will buy in Rs 2000s per each trade and I will sell when recommended and I am new to this kind of trading.
I was a trader in 2011 where I purchased in maximum and sold sooner I feel to sell.
May be I am learning Hunter Method with this

Action Plan:
* Will buy upon the green light.
* At the time on buying, will define where or when to sell, in any of the following 3 conditions:
1. Reaching the TP level; sell with profit
2. Reaching SL ; sell with a loss to avoid further losses
3. Expire the time period: sell at either loss or profit, at the end of expected hold time.
Above will be very clear after a couple of trades taken.

Some trades will be profitable, some will be loss making. On average, we should look forward to some growth.

Re: 104 Technical trading experiments by HUNTER
Let's get started.To me also Rs.2000 ok..
Luckily I have read two books but have to go through again.
One question I have is what should we do if someone already have share in its PF of which we are going to buy.
What I was thinking is to buy from other Broker account if u already have the share under consideration in one account.as I currently have more than one account I can do this.
What ever issues are arising it's high time to start the experiment.
All the very best for us

Re: 104 Technical trading experiments by HUNTER
even if you already have the share, I suggest taking a new trade. If you have a separate account for trading, that's ideal. If not, you can make a note of your trading details and track your performance manually.

Re: 104 Technical trading experiments by HUNTER
To clarify YK s question, I am suggesting you to look at TJL, MGT....price movement. We are not buying yet.
I will clearly indicate when to buy and what to buy later.
For the time being, just be watchful of those shares.
And be watchful of your emotions towards those shares; do you feel like buying? Or feel like not buying? Or just feel neutral?
Please be feel free to comment.
So far we have entered only one trade AEL.N
--------
For the time being, we will continue with one thread. After taking about 10 trades, we will decide to have separate threads.

BIL for holding few months.
Which one would you prefer to trade?

=========
I expect LOLC to rise to 190 and come down to 170s. within 2~3 days
Then with the rise again near 190 we will make the decision to buy.
Selling near 240/- in a week or two.
