Thanks Kith. Seems its not due to postal delay. I have given my bank account for direct deposit. So far they didn't do that. So may be delay in issuing the payments.

It is easy and less time consuming If you instruct CDS and company secretary through your broker to directly deposit the dividends to your bank account. The secretaries deposit and send you the advice along with dividend particulars. I did this and it's so easy and no hassle of waiting for the cheque and going to the bank and depositing.
50 cents a piece payout announced yesterday was somewhat disappointing but since it is an interim one, let's hope for a bigger amount in the next payout.

RICH was one of the stocks I entered over the last few months. Last quarter reported 0.83/- and 1.63/- for 9 months. Large improvement is from its plantation companies. In FY19 RICH made 0.99/- and paid 0.85/-. In FY20 made 0.65/- and did not pay anything, understandably. FY21 dividend so far is 1/-
The company reported a strong first-quarter result with improved earnings, revenues and profit margins.
First quarter 2022 results: Revenue: LK₨13.9b (up 27% from 1Q 2021). Net income: LK₨1.07b (up 49% from 1Q 2021). Profit margin: 7.7% (up from 6.6% in 1Q 2021).
The increase in margin was driven by higher revenue. Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 27% per year but the company’s share price has only increased by 16% per year, which means it is significantly lagging earnings growth.

The increase in margin was driven by higher revenue. Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 39% per year but the company’s share price has only increased by 17% per year, which means it is significantly lagging earnings growth.

Third-quarter 2022 results:
EPS: LK₨1.19 (up from LK₨0.83 in 3Q 2021).
Revenue: LK₨19.0b (up 24% from 3Q 2021).
Net income: LK₨2.42b (up 43% from 3Q 2021).
Profit margin: 13% (up from 11% in 3Q 2021).
The increase in margin was driven by higher revenue.
Revenue missed analyst estimates by 2.2%.
Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 47% per year but the company’s share price has only increased by 29% per year, which means it is significantly lagging earnings growth.

Now 20% undervalued after the recent price drop Over the last 90 days, the stock is down 13%. The fair value is estimated to be LK₨16.89, however, this is not to be taken as a buy recommendation but rather should be used as a guide only. Revenue has grown by 6.1% over the last 3 years. Earnings per share have grown by 53%.

Revenue: LK₨19.6b (up 27% from 2Q 2022).
Net income: LK₨1.48b (flat on 2Q 2022).
Profit margin: 7.5% (down from 9.6% in 2Q 2022). The decrease in margin was driven by higher expenses.
Over the last 3 years on average, earnings per share has increased by 62% per year but the company’s share price has only increased by 22% per year, which means it is significantly lagging earnings growth.
