As I am still here, I will answer.
1) VPEL report out and earnings are up for this quarter.
So today reaction is natural.
But also note 9 month earning for this year are almost flat.
2) From the long time I know you Kithsiri, usually when you ask
"Anything in the grapevine?" you mean only one thing.
You mean is there a dividend coming right?
Well a dividend is due .
But am not sure it is wise to pay out a dividend before April 2020

I think there is limited scope for new hydro plants. So yes why not other sources?
This is from annual report but will they do it?
