Still refraining from buying?
You know what mate?
When someone is scared of something; he tend to focus on individual items only.
Then It is proved right.
When you're too focused on an moving object; you feel it moves slower than the rest.
It is an illusion.

Not dehydration bro;
it seems there is some kind of hole in the pot and water is draining out.
You have two options;
1. Fix the hole
2. Find a new pot
dear Lisa dear Lisa......
1. Hole fixers incompetent and Holier than thou.
2. All available pots have holes.
What would you guys think if I said "Now it sounds like good time to collect" ?

That means;
Everyone has already bought;
and;
there is no money to come to the market.
Then,
if I buy;
there is nobody for me to sell to.
That means.
I should not buy.
+++++++++++++++++++
I should wait;
for everyone to sell
and be on cash.

Yes point taken. But depending on amount, buying slowly into heavily discounted shares is also an option. Or high beta shares for quick trades.

So one might buy Slow ; One might buy slower Or one might buy after the turnoround.
Any one can be wrong or right and one might come after one year and say that was wrong and that was right with the help of hindsight.
All depends on individual risk appetite and tolerence limits.

A method generated profit once upon a time cannot be classified as 'right'.
When all counters are moving up, ඔනගොනෙකුට පුළුවන් profit හොයන්න!
A method should not be applied to the 'market'.
The method should be applied to the 'individual'.
A method means a dress 'tailor made' to an individual.
Of course he can get advice from other if the dress is suitable for a party or office or picnic.
But another person may not necessarily fit in it.

Last three/ four months i have been in buying mode. No one knows the bottom, There are some counters are very attractive for me, i am slowly buying by allocating fund in each phase. Who think prices may drop further in coming months, again will buy
Elections will be in the year or next, there will be opportunity to sell at least 20% profit with in the year for certain counters, take this as opportunity.

NO ! Just keep buying slowly, speed up only if upward direction is confirmed.

How exactly you know that the 'upward direction is confirmed' ?
