1. Kithul is the Rah of choice.

Serene, I think better for me to go to Waga, all ingredients there in abundance. Kithul, fresh water streams, maiyokka, GNW. Here in Pitakotte you can get into serious trouble if you try to watch the office chicks shampooing their whatever.
