A share can be fundamentally sound. But the price depend on the demand in the market. If I am to buy CFIN I evaluate What Is In It For Me... I don't get the right amount of dividend. This is the problem of a mother company. I buy CIND the son...
Now some buy to get ownership. This is a family business and no one can get ownership.. So the price is not moved by a single large buyer.
Manipulators may have many other penny companies and politically sensitive shares ...there fore they dont buy at the moment

Very correct YK,As a individual share CFIN is not attractive due to reasons mentioned by you.IF all fincos get activated CFIN will have a move.
