    Interesting. Looking at the report, the cost of capital does make an impact.
    Also they have value the LFIN stake at 1.5x P/BV which I think is low considering the recent acquisitions and the latest performance. But even that wouldn't increase their FV much. Will have to wait and see for latest Q report. Note that this target price is well below its NAV Smile

    Reminds me of GMNet's article to predict ASI at 6600 in 2020 and 6700 in 2030.

    It's a matter of the assumptions used for WACC calculation as they have used a DCF based valuation. In the case of JKH, check how it differs from this report an year ago (pg 15)
