මේ සඳහා දෙරටේම ශාක ස්වස්ථතා නීති හා රෙගුලාසි වලට එකඟ වෙමින් චීනයට කෙසෙල් අපනයනය කිරීමටත් කෙසෙල් වගා සහ ඇසුරුම් ස්ථාන පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු ලබාදීමටත් හැකිවන පරිදි චීනයේ ගුණාත්මක සුපරීක්ෂණය, විමර්ශනය සහ නිරෝධායනය, පිළිබඳ පොදු පරිපාලනායතනය සමග ගිවිසුමකට එළඹීමට රජය සූදානම් වේ.

The best banana comes from that area and reduction in transportation cost means we could be competitive too.

Leon, it might work randomonly if he buys from the locality, but if he buys his stuff from a bulk distributor, the chances are remote.

Shipping is much cheaper (generally) but the level of packaging involved, short shelf life and the need to use reefer containers (refrigerated and temperature controlled) will make it difficult. In a general shipping sense, the container charges to China are pretty low (because there are a lot of shipping lines calling on).

Singapore has good demand too, and easily accessible market. We already see Some Sri Lankan Mangoes, Bananans there.
On the other hand if we get inward paypal soon, many of Sri Lankan can become domestic exporters.

SriLankan banana is too sweet for Singaporean.

Here is the list of main import countries
Bananas from Philippines, Malaysia ,Ecuador
Mango from Thailand, Taiwan, India(only for Indian)

I have eaten in Philippine packeted dried Banana , Mango and even jack fruit slices and they are really close to the natural ones.
No special refrigeration will be needed if air lifted and aircraft holds itself will provide the less temperature needed.
