    කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළ ලැයිස්තුගත සමාගමක් වන ඉක්විටි වන් පීඑල්සී, ලැයිස්තුගත කිරීමෙන් ඉවත් කර ගැනීමට කටයුතු කරන බව අද දිනයේ දී නිල වශයෙන් නිවේදනය කරන ලදී.

    කාර්සන්ස් කම්බර්බැච් සමූහයට අයත් සමාගමක් වන ඉක්විටි වන් සමාගම, කොළඹ 03 ධර්මපාල මාවතේ වර්ග අඩි 44,163 ක සහ කොළඹ 02 වොක්ෂෝල් වීදියේ වර්ග අඩි 32,353 ක වපසරියන්ගෙන් යුතු ගොඩනැගිලි පරිශ්‍රයන්ට හිමිකම් කියනු ලබයි.

    ගොඩනැගිලි ඉඩකඩ, කුලී හා බදුපදනම මත ලබා දීම මෙම සමාගමේ මූලික ව්‍යාපාර කටයුත්තයි. එම ගොඩනැගිලි පරිශ්‍ර දෙකෙන් උපයන ලද බදු හා කුලී ආදායම පසුගිය ජූනි 30 න් අවසන් කාර්තුවට පමණක් රුපියල් මිලියන 25.6 කි.
    ඉක්විටි වන් සමාගමේ කොටස් හිමිකාරීත්වයෙන් 96% කම අයිතිය ඇත්තේ කාර්සන් කම්බර්බැච් සමාගමටය. ලැයිස්තුගත සමාගමක් වුවද මහජනයා සතුව පවතින්නේ 3.72% ක් තරම් සුළු ප්‍රමාණයකි.

    මෙහිදී සුළු කොටස් හිමියන්ගේ කොටස්, සමාගම විසින් නැවත මිල දී ගැනීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වන අතර ඒ සඳහා කොටසකට රු. 77.50 බැගින් ගෙවීමට යෝජනා වී තිබේ.

    මේ අතර තවත් ලැයිස්තුගත සමාගමක් වන ෆින්ලේස් කලම්බු පීඑල්සී සමාගම ද සිය කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළ ලැයිස්තුගත කිරීම ඉවත් කර ගන්නා බව ද පසුගිය දා ප්‍රකාශ කර තිබුණි.

    Seems share holders will get a decent gain. They are paying above the 52 weeks high.
