The Company's Subsidiary Mireka Capital Land (Pvt) Ltd was assessed for Value Added Tax (VAT) for periods between January 2006 and January 2009 amounting to Rs 190 Mn plus penalties. Accordingly, no provision for any liability has been made in these Financial Statements

I meant to say catch 'safe', less risky ones. Not obvious 'hand cutting' ones.
(On the other hand, as you say, most of them will show a cup and handle - small one though)
