Why do you buy? Is it for holding forever, or to keep for sometime until it reach for a specific profit margin or for trading...

Each of us have our own strategy... If its for trading check for technical and hot news...If only others are willing to buy immediately after you buy then only trading works..

If you are buying for a life time holding its really worth.. if so wait until its price is below 10 PE ratio or Market Value/Asset Value =1.5..

If you are buying for dividend hunting then Dividend/.10 will be ideal value... If so Spen is too high...

Here we dont promote shares... we just evaluate and share our views...

About 10 years back  SPEN and JKH were close peers, but in last 10 years, SPEN is lagging behind and JKH has gone far, They have not done any sizable investment specially in post-war period like JKH, so the HNWI interest also lethargic and the price is stagnating. Uncle Harry has no energy now ? or I would say less aggressive.
