අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම දේශපාලනයට පැමිණෙන බව හිටපු අමාත්‍ය මර්වින් සිල්වා මහතාගේ පුත් මාලක සිල්වා පවසයි.

තමාට මැතිවරණය සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් වීමට අවස්ථාව ලබාදෙන ඕනෑම පක්ෂයකින් ඉදිරියේදි මැතිවරණය සඳහා තරඟකිරීමට සූදානම් බවද ඔහු සඳහන් කරයි.

රාත්‍රී සමාජශාලාවල දී පමණක් තමාගෙන් වැරදි සිදුවි ඇතත් දේශපාලනඥයින්ට පහර දී හෝ දේශපාලන වේදිකා කඩා දමා තමා වැරදිකර නොමැති බව ද මාලක සිල්වා පෙන්වා දෙයි.

එමෙන්ම හිටපු ජනාධිපතිවරුන්වන මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ මහතාට සහ චන්ද්‍රිකා කුමාරතුංග මහත්මියට තමා ගරු කරන බවද ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් පවසයි.

ඔහු මේ බව ප්‍රකාශ කළේ කොළඹ රාත්‍රී සමාජශාලාවක දී බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය ජාතික යුවලකටපහරදීමේ සිද්ධියට සම්බන්ධයෙන් වන නඩුවට පෙනී සිටීම සඳහා ඊයේ (24) කොළඹ මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණයට පැමිණි අවස්ථාවේ මාධ්‍ය අමතමිනි.
