Cincinnatus became the world first dictator as per the meaning ... ended war against Galls within 16 days handed over the Power to Senate and went back to farming.....

There is a tiny Island called Ceylon..It started with Janapada system with Prince Vijaya..Anuradha senavi made his city named as Aunradhapura and not as Vijaya pura after the prince...
