සේවක අර්ථ සාධක අරමුදල විසින් කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළ ආයෝජන නැවත ආරම්භ කිරීමට පෙර පූර්ව සූදානම් වී රැසක් සිදුකළ යුතු බව ශ්‍රී ලංකා මහ බැංකු අධිපති ආචාර්ය ඉන්ද්‍රජිත් කුමාරස්වාමි මහතා පවසයි. පසුගිය දා පැවති මාධ්‍ය හමුවක දී අධිපතිවරයා මේ බව කියා සිටියේය.

“මේ සඳහා සූදානම් වීමට කළ යුතු වැඩ රාශියක් තිබෙනවා. ආයෝජන හා ගනුදෙනු මාර්ගෝපදේශ ඇගයීම ඉන් එකක්. දෙවනුව, නියෝජ්‍ය අධිපතිවරයා විසින් සභාපතිත්වය දරනු ලබන ආයෝජන කමිටුව සෑම දිනක දීම හමුවිය යුතුයි. එසේම තීරණ ගැනීම සාමූහිකව කළ යුතුයි. ඊට අමතරව CCTV හා Voice recording දාලා තියෙනවා. අපේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට පුහුණුවත් දෙනවා.

“වෙළෙඳපොළ බලා කොටස් ලැයිස්තුවක් හදනවා. එම ලැයිස්තුව බලා, මේ සමාගම් කොටස් පමණක් ආයෝජනය කරන බවට මුදල් මණ්ඩලයේ අනුමැතිය ගත යුතුයි . ලැයිස්තුගත නොවන සමාගම් කොටස්වල ආයෝජනයට යන්නේ නැහැ“, යනුවෙන් පැවසූ අධිපතිවරයා මෙහිදී අවධාරණය කළේ රුපියල් ට්‍රිලියන 2 ක අරමුදලක් වන සේවක අර්ථ සාධක අරමුදලෙන් මේ වන විට කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළේ ආයෝජනය කර ඇත්තේ 2.3% ක පමණ සුළු ප්‍රමාණයක් බවයි.

Nice answer which would please everyone.

But I would not recommend to pick insider trading even if it make one happy.
Trying to beat the system  is only  a short term ploy.
Consequences maybe be greater than short term benefits.
It will not sustain longer term.

Raj  Raj the big player  at CSE one time, SL  Billionaire is now behind bars in US for insider trading. There is monitoring committee ( or atleast 1 person) at CSE now.  I heard he watches forums too.
