Dealing with insurance companies is not easy make sure you have flood clause in the policy. Some may remove it from full insurance from now on and will need to add it as an option. Also they will only pay a certain % of the value of car if its more than 1 year or something like that. Insurance business is somewhat a scam anywhere in the world. Also make note next quarter insurance company results will not be that attractive.
