    What is ailing AGAL?
    Usually around this time of the year, the dividend announcement is out but still there is no sign of it and the price of the share is falling on the floor.
    What did we miss here?

    Nothing to miss other than for-
    AGM being over on 16th May and no dividends declared.
    Big loss for the March qtr (oil palm not enough to save the mess in tea).

    Why there is no announcement posted on the CSE regarding the AGM ?

    There is something called an annual report which you can open and read.

    For AGAL the year end is December so the report would have been out sometime in March or April.
