2-DEMUTUALIZATION -අසාමුහිකරනය හදුන්වා දෙයි. ( අලුත් සිංහළ වචනයක් )

4-මිලියන 100 ක වියදමින් නව පරිගනක පද්ධතියක්.

They will watch internet forums with new computer system,when item no 4 must be completed.

No they are not going to stop writing. But he said that they are planning to bring all the forums together and deeply observation about promoting stocks without any justified reason.

They also said about a rating of brokers (I dont know how ) considering the quality of the advices.and by amending the sec act they are planning to bring a law of claiming in case of losing money due to a ignorant advice ( broker cant recommend a share only coz of the high volume etc.).it seems fairy but he said from this market will be more safer for investors.but to get a claim you should have prove that (make a phone call to mobile phone whould not be enough .you should have call to their office phones which is always recording & you shouldnt have signed the discretion form ).
By demutualization they are planning to remove the monopoly of decision making of broker firms .

I hope people will read what spw19721 said. Second line mainly. That what I was hinting.


The idea by SEC/CSE is very good. Monitoring Brokers also ( somehow) is a very good idea .

We know what happened in 2010/2011 specially.
