Not in the worst 20 either, Sri Lankan air is not considered an airline ?

For me
EK is the best airline . cabin crew is very friendly even sri lankan( ) crew members.and they offer unlimited liquor and foods.
SQ,QR and THY  also offer good service and
RJ was the worst service ever had, flight delays and in-flight entertainment not so good specially if get in to the A310
UL :If you are a local then don't expect good service.because when they see a local passenger they feel like pain in some where.  but with  foreigners they  offer what he needs. if you need good  service at least you should have white skin and don't talk sinhala

According to the sleepingairports web site,
Colombo International airport is the 10th worst airport in the Asia.but CMB is easy to navigate.
For me
CMB ground handling and airport staff service are worst. sometimes  passengers know about the airport and services better than ground handling staff. CMB duty free shops looks like  pettah shops. they tell එන්න  අපෙන්  බඩු ගන්න, අපි  කොම්පැණි ප්‍රයිස්  එකට  වඩා  අඩුවට  දෙන්නේ.  

DXB airport ground service staff also not helpful and rude. specially when you ask a seat change.
DOH help desk very kind and helpful.they will do whatever you want if they can. specially seat changes
AMM . sometimes they change gates.so you have to run here and there
