Tech recommendations are based on chart patterns linked to demand/supply (buying/selling).
It doesn't take into consideration of any external factors such as future expansion, new Customers, high PE ratios, whether a big fund recently entered the stock, etc.
We need to evaluate those aspects as well and make our decisions.
TJL is a "buy and forget stock" if you are a long term investor.
Personally i don't see it coming below Rs 34 unless ASI does a deep dive.

With TJL, better to wait and see.. I also dont see it slowing down unless ASI goes below 6800. But now a new year has come.. Share transaction levy reduced.. so there's good opportunities for trader that can ignite some market movement..

Is Brandix dumping all its direct holdings on to TJL ? All its acquisitions are owned by Brandix

The dumping is possible if Brandix have received a positive reaction on the resumption of the GSP.
TJL fabrics are preferred in the european market and most of their fabric is sold within the Brandix parameters.
The gsp has a massive impact on this share and it will remain at these prices until then.

6th November 2013: TJL entered in to a Technical Service and Management Agreement with "Ocean India Pvt Ltd (OCI)" for 2 years commencing from October 2013 which fetched TJL $780K per annum.http://www.cse.lk/cmt/uploadAnnounceFiles/9531383734161_.pdf
12th February 2015: TJL comes out with an announcement to acquire both OCI and Quenby..stating it as a regional expansion strategy.
26 May comes out with the announcement of Quenby acquisition. its a 50%: 50% JV of Brandix:Trust Family Inc..
29 June: OIC acquisition which is also a JV of Brandix
When the Industry slumps, this is the best way to get out without making founder/owner much to loose, by listing and dumping all the JV coming to an end.
