Yes this is far below expectations by many I am sure.
I recall they gave Rs 0.7 dividend when eps was 40% less.
But they might be saving money for a new acquisition
( also DP can reward holders in other ways in time to come)

The amount is not what expected.VONE has some sort of predictable price movements.Good share for trading within a narrow price lines.This link has more info,

For VONE to pay dividends, its subsidiaries should pay a dividend. How much have they paid? VONE can pay only after keeping for its group expenses.
They may also be saving for acquisitions and looking for growth. By paying more its only limiting possible growth.
We talked about minorities and dividends in another thread. Maybe VONE is trading below NAV due to this low payout. Some like it, some don't 2% dividend yield for this type of company is good enough for me
