    Capitalization of reserves 1:2 for consideration of 1/-

    Consideration is just for accounting purposes only and there is no economic value created by this. But VLL has gone up 10% + yesterday Very Happy and touched 11/-

    I regret exiting this stock early despite having so much faith in it.

    There might be shady characters telling you to buy because you get 10/- share for 1/- etc and other rosy stories, so beware of those. Directors were buying till mid 8/- I have not checked this recently but 10+ seems too much at this stage. I am positive on the company but not necessarily the stock at this price.

    Thanks Mate.Me too only holding lesser quantity.
    It seems Directors highest purchase considerarion is 9.20.As per the uploaded announcements.
