Capitalization of reserves 1:2 for consideration of 1/-

Consideration is just for accounting purposes only and there is no economic value created by this. But VLL has gone up 10% + yesterday and touched 11/-

I regret exiting this stock early despite having so much faith in it.

There might be shady characters telling you to buy because you get 10/- share for 1/- etc and other rosy stories, so beware of those. Directors were buying till mid 8/- I have not checked this recently but 10+ seems too much at this stage. I am positive on the company but not necessarily the stock at this price.

It seems Directors highest purchase considerarion is 9.20.As per the uploaded announcements.
