This story is about a technician working with a freezer plant.
It was almost the end of the day & plant closing time.
Everyone had packed up to check out for the day.
But in the last minute, a technical snag was developed
in the plant where this technician went to check the problem.
By the time the technician fixed the problem it was too late,
very dark and the plant was completely closed.
The freezer plant doors were sealed and the lights were off.
The technician got trapped inside the ice plant for the night without air and light,
an icy grave was almost sure for him.
Hours passed thus.
Suddenly the technician found someone was opening the freezer plant door.
Was it a miracle?
It was the security guard entered there with a torch and helped the
technician to come out.
On the way out the technician asked the> security guard,
“How did you know that I was inside? Who informed you?
The security guard said, “No one sir; this> unit has about 50 people.
But you are the only one who says
Hello to me in the morning and Bye in the evening when you are leaving.”
The security guard said, “You had reported in the morning but I did not see
you leaving the plant. That made me suspicious.”
The technician never realized that a small> gesture of greeting to someone
would prove to be a lifesaver for him.
Remember to greet when you meet someone, of course, with a warm smile.
You never know – it may work a miracle in your life too.
Education is not a degree or certificate that can be shown to others as proof.
But it is our attitude, actions, language and behavior with others in life!
Simple niceties and pleasantries also pay> dividends but as demonstrated
in this case it was much appreciated by the security guard
