Did any shareholder who subscribed to below right in 2010 benefit from it?

Now they want more money to make more losses.

Last chance for the new party who bought some shares of ACME recently to influence management to make it right .

Else this is another useless company , making losses, having internal frauds ( if I Remember right there was a fraud) and keep wanting more investor money to rescue them. Management get your act right.

I will stick my neck out and make a Contrarian call on this one ! i will watch the price behaviour cum Rights, Rights Price trading , ex Price etc.
In 2007 1:2 Rights, price went from 19 to 40.
Ex Rights NAV will be Rs 15.
Dinal Peiris MD and DP are best Pals. (both are DP :-)
Dinal has also been buying lately according to CSE disclosures. (btw he is married to Harry J's niece and manages some of DIST Fabric company TEX.. ?    
Must find out who the MAK chaps are. maybe CLOVIS may exit by denouncing Rights to them / DP'S ?
Speculative Contrarian play and worth watching.
Buffet always says - Great Companies do not neccesarily make great stock. Reverse is also true.
But agree that lots of funny business going on with Rights / Fraud at Acme.

Noted the DP people comment. This share is highly manipulated from time to time. IT was around Rs 10 few months ago.. then it was pushed to Rs 17-18 in few days . One day no sellers also!

Speculation and people behind a share can make prices change. But I stand behind what I said on the bad past history and fundamentals for long term holders ( am not one) . this was more of trading share in the last few years.

Hope atleast this time there is turn around with the clean up they are suggesting.
