    LIOC first declared a dividend last year. It was a 1/- final dividend. This is an interim dividend with a possible increased DPS for the whole year. The stock has already gained some attention and with the dividends will gain more attention.

    And yes, IOC will always want to take the profits out so we can expect some good payout in future IMHO. Do they charge the 'management fee' like GLAS does apparently?
