BACKGROUND :
Few weeks ago the Forum/ forums were dead.
Market was dead.
Some People showed frustration. Some cursed. Some left the market.
Some at other forums predicted /wanted market crashes.
Few others and myself did what we could to instill market confidence.
I personally researched and wrote about how undervalued our market is.
Compared it to other Countries.
Explained why $ was flowing going out of SL ( not because CSE was bad).
Asked whose fault was CSE down ?
Tried to tell Investors to collect dirt cheap PE 3-4 shares step by step.
Showed how India kept market up even with foreign out flows.

REALITY :
About 3-4 weeks ago, a few of us managed to revive
what was a clinically dead forum .
Then it got active.
Then YK said below. I replied.

1) Lets go one step at a time friend. More people are active means more the market can get active too.
2) Well whether the market is active or not depends on how we view it.
ex 1 : If some shares in your portfolio is holding ground when other are loosing 20-30% that could be an active achievement in a way
ex 2 : Even in a market like this, if you can find occasional trading ops with your medium term shares ( even if at a loss trading somewhat helps to average atleast)
ex 3: you can find more and more "gems" to match prices of 2012, might be a joy for some collectors
More long standing member started posting more.
Then I saw some new accounts and old account starting
to get back to the forum ( some under new ID).
Some accounts got hyper active.

Whether the political coup is democratically right or wrong is
another matter , but YES it a joy to see CSE up for awhile.
After a storm , sun is shining again"
We needed some revival as
a) some of us Investors were carrying short term losses
b) most Traders / Short term players were staying out of market
as it was not conducive to them. ( Short term player are needed
to usually make short term price ups)
c) The fundamentally valued shares trading at crazy low , needs
to slowly recover to true value political coup or not . That how real
stock markets work and survive in the world.

Something Important. :
There are other forums in cyberspace.
One many of us left for a reason.
Another was founded by people who were with us but had
different needs/ideas later.
Some member here, were/are active at those forums.
( under different names )
I see a few came back here - welcome
( But some maybe with new IDs too).
STRONG request Personally and Administratively
This forum was founded for a different purpose and should be different to others as all you members know.
We should only use it for educational purposes.
We should only promote ethical investing and trading as you"ll know.
Not manipulative ways or ways to make a quick buck on hot shares
or share that will fall 20% in seconds when promotional buying stops.
For example :
I bought BLUE for Rs 0.6 last week. I am hoping to sell for Rs 1 maybe ( if things go right with market ups). But I did not post on this share though I hold it for a trade as it not fundamentally strong and when the fun stops it can make people big loses if they buy/hold at the wrong time.
For such there are other forums one can do as they bid right ?
As the market moves ( due to some incentives MR ministry has given which
some will call it great and others will see it as greater trap)
some market manipulation is happening too.
We might get tempted to promote our short term portfolios to
make quick profit and get out.
We might get tempted to gang up and make certain shares
look promising for quick profit.

( Actually when multiple promos come they can come true too if
many people follow the promos to start buying/selling such .
Thats why people promotes/demote isn't it ? ) .
Let the people at this Forum not do such. Let us be ethical.
We don't need to.
Some of us got educated and bought or switched shares before this boom.
So when they rise you can sell for profit
When whole ASI rises most shares we hold will rise anyway.
The Good , Bad , Ugly and the manipulated !
Yesterday 165 shares were up. Only 25 were down.
So let it happen naturally ( if external manipulators are playing games
let them. Quietly trade with them and make profit . You can sat there is some game
but do not make posts to join them to promote their ways).
SUMMARY :
But my all means , feel free to share knowledge the right way.
Let us never please forget to respect and follow the rules and etiquette
this forums was found upon !
Please no member here , get tempted to promote ( or even demote to buy)
all their trading shares in their portfolios.
If everyone does that this forum will 290 share listed every day.
By all means
a) make Trades and Invest on share that are trading at crazy low prices.
b) make share revelations with an Educational motive only . Not personal.
Enjoy the ride.
