BOC OLD one is good, Im using it. but Sampth bank portal is best

I'm also using old one and they are going to discontinue the old system on 15th august, The problem is this new system uses an OTP instead transaction password. But OTP isn't working with foreign mobile numbers, most of my friends who lives abroad have this issue. so they can't do any transaction because of this OTP doesn't generate for the foreign mobile numbers.It's nearly 2 months without solution.
