Well the reason for the down trend in revenue and profit is identified by the management and as stated in the annual report...
" Rise in Fierce Competition from the new entrants..."
and tourists getting attracted to Eastern Province..
Company is investing heavily in refurbishments and plan to start up another similar resort in Mirissa with 66 room capacity.
