Pissu Pusa represents a black character who leads a gang of selfish cats against all traits of the civilized world. We find similar characters in the real world too.
It is a lazy guy, sleeps till late, prefers disorderly dirty places where he can call his cards the way he wants, always finds ways to bring pressure on opponents, subtly manipulates opportunities for its own gains & means to earn his daily bread by hook or crook. He never thinks long-term but is very cleaver in short term games. It very well knows that "Some one's loss is their gain"
The cop there tries to bring him to the book relentlessly but fails because he does not get necessary backup from the society as strong as the support the Pissu Pusa gets from his own gang.
Watch out for such characters as you may be a victim next.
