Its very difficult to find a good company's share price trading below net asset value..As per Halyle's annual report Net Asset value is Rs 388.05 but today's market value ( 4th August 2015) is 349.80.. Thus Hayley's at current price level is very attractive for a long term player... But traders need not rush as HAYL history shows similar situations earlier as well

Revenue of the company fit into the trend line and amazingly the revenue growth if compounded for last ten years grow at a rate above 14%

Like Aitken Spence, Hayleys too have operations out of Sri Lanka.

Hayleys own manufacturing plants in Indonesian and Thailand. Its marketing operations cover Australia, India, Bangladesh, Italy, Japan , The Netherlands, Uk and USA.

The group accounts for 2.9% of Sri Lankas exports income, and 3.9% of tea and 3.4% of rubber production.

Hayleys earnings has gone up amidst less contribution from plantation sector..

If you buy TPL you would get 10% return on dividends but only if TPL perform well..

But Hayleys consist of many industries thus failing of one industry will not affect to your dividend. But dividend yield is not high like TPL

Higher Education and Highways Minister Lakshman Kiriella has asked to hand over their estates if wages of workers were not increased, noting that there was a plethora foreign investors who wish to invest in the industry. Hayleys was proud to say 14% annualized growth on YoY basis in last annual report, but sadly miss this success story in 2015/16 and drop of plantation sector and Dipd affected to this loss of revenue around 13 Billion to fit into the straight line of Revenue Growth.
