Where to go in Colombo to buy Wesak decorations (buckets / Kudu) in bulk quantity?
Any recommendations guys?

Colombo of course I dont know but shud be available on street..

From Moratuwa to Mt.Lavinia, u see buckets & wesk kudu structures, end products everywhere on pavement stalls.. Shud be available in Panadura too..

I think those street vendors are retailers than wholesale guys.
