    බොරු "නම" එපා.. අන්තර්ජාලයේ වාරණයක්


    චීනය මේ දිනවලදී අන්තර්ජාලය පිලිබදව දැඩි ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් අනුගමනය කරමින් සිටිනවා. පුද්ගලයින්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව සහ තමන්ගේ රටේ ආරක්ෂාව ගැන ඔවුන් අනෙක් රටවල් වලට වඩා සිතනවා විය හැකියි.
     

    චීනය විසින් නිකුත් කරන ලද නිවේදනයක දැක්වෙන්නේ අන්තර්ජාලය භාවිතා කරන සියළු දෙනාම මාර්තු පළමු වෙනිදා සිට අන්තර්ජාලය භාවිතා කිරීමේදී තම සැබෑ නමින් පමණක් පෙනී සිටිය යුතු බවයි. ප්‍රසිද්ධ පුද්ගලයින්ගේ නම් සහ ආයතන වල නම් යොදා ගනිමින් අන්තර්ජාලය තුළ සැරිසැරීමට කටයුතු කළහොත් එසේ කරන පුද්ගලයින්ට එරෙහිව නිතිය ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන බවයි.
     

    චීනයේ අන්තර්ජාල සපයන ආයතන දැනටමත් එම නීති රීති වලට අනුව කටයුතු කිරීමට සුදානම් වෙමින් සිටි. මේ ඔස්සේ විවධ දුර්මත, ව්‍යාජ නියෝජනයන් පාලනය වන බවට ඔවුන් විශ්වාස කරනවා.
     

    විචාරකයින් පවසන්නේ චීනය විසින් අනුගමනය කිරීමට යන මෙම නිතිය වැදගත් වන නමුත් නිදහසේ අන්තර්ජාලය තුළ අදහස් පළකිරීමේ අයිතීන් වලට සිමා පැමිණෙන බවයි. දැනටමත් අන්තර්ජාලය තුළ ඔවුන්ගේම අනන්‍යතාවයක් ගොඩනගිමින් සිටින චීනය මේ ඔස්සේ තවත් පියවරක් ඉදිරියට ගමන් කරනු ඇත.
