I don't have that much understanding on COCR share other than it has moved up a lot in the last 2 months and relatively few shares are with public.

Some says specially CT promotes it will reach to Rs.60-65 based future earnings and cash flows, but i do not have any idea abt this share.

They did not have an investment grade rating at that time and also the issue was a very small one. It is a good one for those who subscribed though

ALLI is another which gave 20% although it was subject to 10% WHT. When ALLI announced the debt issue at a lower rate when the rate was climbing they did not have many subscribers. Eventually they increased it to 20% and it got subscribed.

COCR for me is overvalued. It is trading at 3+ P/BV but at a good trailing P/E. So what do we look for?

Not to mention that this is one of the shares I did miss. I bought around 10-12 and sold with a few rupees gain.

Sept 2013 profit was 172m
Dec 2013 230m
Mar 2014 431m
June 2014 was 490m

With aqcuisition of TIFL, profit will be definitely UP and well beyond 172m with appreciation of NAV.. I wont be surprised if PAT shows >100% growth Sept 2014..

If they announce a profit this quarter around the June 2014 value, PAT will be >200% growth!

Question is how much the share price had adjusted already.
