Why is LOLC Prices Going Down?

Why is the LOLC price going down? 
Their fundamentals look okay. 
Even with the "Coal contract for BIL" this counter is not doing well for about 2 weeks. 
Is it a good counter to hold for the medium term? 
Is it better to move to more popular shares such as LIOC or ACL? 
Any advice is greatly appreciated. 
Greatly appreciate it if 'slstock' can give some input.

Broker huts promote counters from time to time. 
Recently LITE was in the limelight. 
If you follow their advice without doing your own analysis, then you can't blame yourself only.
