Might be taking off at last ?
It quotes 72 rupees but has a net assets value of 133 and EPS of 20 rupees.
Dividend was 6 rupees.
Se we have P/BV 0.54 P/E 3.6 (!!!
) dividend yield 8.3%
If you can spot a better bargain reply here

Good observation, did not compare it with others but it shows some potential as observed. Do your own study prior to enter.
