OSEA - i have been buying this even before dividend announcement and noticed that even after the announcement of Rs1.25, price did not move. Last week also the price was at 15.80 and around. Any idea why investors are not reacting? Is it because the payment date is so far?

Several reasons

1) yes when payment date is far
2) market is dull , OSEA is not easy to push/manipulate
3) more importantly usually in situations likethis, markey can
already expect the dividend and factor it in the present price
( so unless there is some news or push it won't run a lot further )
