Finlays ශ්‍රී ලංකා, ලයිස්තුගත කිරීම ඉවත් කරගැනීමට සූදානම්. කොටසකට රුපියල් 302 ක්

තේ අපනයනයේ යෙදෙන ෆින්ලේස් කලම්බෝ පී.එල්.සී. සමාගම කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළේ ලයිස්තුගත කර තිබෙන සාමාන්‍ය කොටස් ලයිස්තුගත කිරීමෙන් ඉවත් කර ගැනීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇතැයි සඳහන් කරයි.
සමාගම විසින් කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළට දැනුම් දී තිබෙන්නේ මෙම කොටසක් රුපියල් 302 ක් බැගින් කොටස් හිමියන්ගෙන් මිලදීගැනීමට ලන්ඩනයේ James Finlay Ltd. of Swire House සූදානම් බවයි.
මෙම කොටසක් මේ වනවිට ගනුදෙනු වන්නේ රුපියල් 260 ක් වැනි මිලකටයි.

I think, since they're willing to pay 302 which is way over current value 260. (JFIN.N0000) Shareholders will be benefitted short term. But the reason for delisting is good to be known.

Securities regulator ordered listed companies to ensure that at least 20 percent of their shares were available to trade by the end of 2016 to raise liquidity and curb manipulation. However, James Finlay Limited holds around 96% of the total shares. Therefore, they are forced to increase the public holding to meet the regulator's condition by end of next year. So, James Finlays finally decided to de-list.
