With the addition of RCL to this, looks like RCL is undervalued and TILE is overvalued. (based on this chart)

The sector as a whole has attractive P/E. But this is based on past 4 quarter data. Maybe the market is not expecting the trend to continue in near future. So either that, or the whole sector is undervalued.

Tile sector profits have slightly improved from last update but price has moved in the opposite direction.

If we take the plain multiples they look attractive. But outlook?

According to my observations, this sector has a clear identifiable seasonal pattern. March quarter showing the highest profits after which market responds responds positively. So we can expect a 'Tile rally' near May-June.

I thought of posting the pattern in a picture but found LWL Sept-15 data were missing. Will try to dig my reports received; I found it was not published in CSE website.
