Better if we could see the terms of this price reduced new contract. Some contacts are fixed priced, where the contractor has to bear the additional costs and some give flexibility to charge the additional sums from the sponsor with the approvals. This highway is a very complex project especially in the hill areas. If the price is reduced with out compromising the quality it is good for the country. However Mr. Ravi's statements are not that trustworthy for me.
