Long long ago the Romans chased away their king and decided never to have another King but a Senate.. Senate was bound to answer its citizens and was careful to not to have all powers vested with one individual.. People were very happy until .................................
Goals another tribe invaded them...Then the Roman Senate knew that collective decsion making is not strong enough to lead a war..

DICTATOR

So they created a Designation and named it DICTATOR
So the Dictator need not to listen to Senate ... He can run his own way.. What ever he does he is not responsible to the court... He is immune for his activities...He can maintain Dictatorship for 6 months and then handover the powers back to senate...

Who will do that....

Cincinnatus became the world first dictator as per the meaning ... ended war against Galls within 16 days handed over the Power to Senate and went back to farming.....

There is a tiny Island called Ceylon..It started with Janapada system with Prince Vijaya..Anuradha senavi made his city named as Aunradhapura and not as Vijaya pura after the prince... Upatissa senavi made his city upatissa gama etc...This system was very weak for a tiny island like Sri Lanka and without surprise two sales reps by the name of Sena Guththika captured the kingdom.. Thanks for the historic view of the term Dictator. Its interersting but we live in the year 2015 bro.

When Founding Fathers of USA got together in Philadelphia to create their own constitution they studied Rome .. It was 1776 and they were studying what happened 300 bc. They almost created a modern Rome .. they removed all mistakes and predicted for future. Thomas Pain, Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and many other self made self educated continued arguing until they compromised on the constitution...Thanx to them we see an advanced economy...

Jews created Israel giving life to a dead language called Hebrew and studying Torah..

Arent we Sri Lankansa argue on our future and just become modern and think blindly what is in India is good for us...
