A longtime ago this was one of my favourite shares but had to give it up due to lack of returns.

Then defa they will ask for another rights in about 2 years time saying they need to do another property development.

They got struck with groups. They are messy, especially they have no idea how to turn around all these companies that they acquired. They got out of CSE and property invesment and keep on acquiring companies. I dont think so the guys who are sitting in the top ladder has that capacity to control. Their business model was once revaluation of property and cse investment now became rights factory. Even after their list at cse in 2008, 2009 they got rights but its proportion was fair...

Renuka Holding Rights (RHL-R) are shown in DFN as Renuka Hotel Rights .

That is a mistake. RENU has not issued rights.
