ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ මේ වනවිට දේශපාලන අස්ථාවරත්වයක් තිබුණත් අනිකුත් සමාන රටවල් සමග සැසඳීමේදී මෙරට ආර්ථික වර්ධනය ශක්තිමත් බව ජාත්‍යන්තර ණය වර්ගීකරණ ආයතනයක් වන මූඩීස් (Moody’s a rating agency) සඳහන් කර තිබේ.
කෙසේවෙතත්, මූඩීස් අවධාරණය කර තිබෙන්නේ මෙරට විදේශ ණය සහ අයවැය හිඟය පිළිබඳව දැඩි අවධානයක් යොමුකළ යුතුව තිබෙන බවයි.
ශ්‍රී ලංකා රජයේ ණය මූඩීස් විසින් “B1“ ලෙස වර්ගීකරණය කර තිබෙන අතර එය ආයෝජන මට්ටමට (investment grade) වඩා අඩු ණය වර්ගීකරණයකි.
2009 වසරේදී යුද්ධය අවසන් කළ විගසම ඉතාමත් වේගයෙන් ඉහළ ගිය මෙරට ආර්ථික වර්ධනය මේ වනවිට එම ප්‍රමාණයට වඩා අඩුවී තිබුණත් අනිකුත් සමාන රටවල් සමග සැසඳීමේදී ඉහළ යැයි මූඩීස් වැඩිදුරටත් සඳහන් කර ඇත.
මෙම කාලයේදී ලංකාවට සෘජු විදේශ ආයෝජන වැඩි වශයෙන් පැමිණ තිබෙන බවද සඳහන්ය.

මෙරට රාජ්‍ය ආදායමින් තුනෙන් එකක්ම වැයවන්නේ විදේශ ණය සඳහා පොලී ගෙවීමට බව වැඩිදුරටත් සඳහන්ය.

A country should have a steady growth in economy... SL enjoyed steady economy, low inflation, low interest rate continuously since 2009
We are respectful to the economic thinking of Dr. P.B Jayasundara and Nivard Cabral... both represented two thinking patterns...of Fiscal Policy and Monetary Policy..
Having two competing views by these two helped a good combination during past successful years of economy...
Debt was something to be concerned.. SL economy growth was not a continuous follow of Agri to Industry to Finance model.. So this debt is something to be discussed by intellectuals of the country like Dubai
ASI reaching 7500 and rated as world second best Stock Exchange was not a random event...Ending war ensuring sovereignty were the initiatives taken towards the path of success...

Reality is this. Not the nice facade.
Annual Govt income is less than the total interest + installment to be paid. Lansiya party danawa type policies not good for economy. Next few years need a clear policy to increase govt income and reduce wastage.

Yes and the saddest part is to read the comment posted there asking his educational qualification by someone.
What his educational qualification has to do with it when what he tells is correct?
This reflects the attitude of many.
Divert the attention (of the burning issue) by bringing in silly facts and figures.
