First Capital Holdings

Post by The Invisible on Fri Jul 28, 2017 11:24 am

CFVF achieved a new 52W High price just now and moving vigorously. Looks like a huge demand is building. The market interest rates of risk free securities have gone down to a reasonable extend. That will spark expectations of higher profits this quarter. Also an expected good dividend declaration. This in fact has made the retailers chase behind the stock. The current trend can be extrapolated towards 40/-

Thanks

It may not go to 70, but 40 is not a bad level. Very Happy

CFVF is one of the shares to look for a healthy short term return. The TB and bond rates are coming down sharply.

Further, declining interest rates are very good for the banking and finance sector.

The next 2 to 3 quarters would be very interesting for CFVF and Banking and Finance sector.

Their Final Dividend is due in or around August. At least Rs:2.00 or better can be expected.

Current upswing is due to that reason, I think.

DY wise, its a very good share. However, PER wise, the share is over valued.

Nevertheless, with the expected upward movement of the ASI, their valuations might improve.

Disclosure: I hold this share.

Dear Expert

Dont get carried away from the above comment.. it was a joke I wrote.

RSI double bottom has no use as a buy or sell signal. it's value for a particular day shows whether market or particular stock is heated or cooled, then you decide to buy or wait..It can form a double bottom or mountain, but It 's past value is of no use. Yesterday RSI value has no use for today..

More 52W high prices are on the cards. I expect CFVF to trade between 39 - 40 when the time of results release.
