Whoever wins the US election not going to change foreign policy like in SL where there are U turns. They will continue to be a pain to the rest of the world. My friends have the misconception that if Trump wins will be beneficial to SL since Hilary's links with the LTTE. Interests of whoever funds their campaign, terrorists or otherwise will be looked in to. Thats what we already see from the attitude of UK and Canadian leaders.
