කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළ අද දින ගනුදෙනු අවසානයේ දී සියලු කොටස් මිල දර්ශකය ඒකක 18.63 කින් ඉහළ ගිය අතර එහි අගය ඒකක 6,436.97 ක් ලෙසින් වාර්තා විය.

මෙහිදී වාර්තා වූ සුවිශේෂී සිදුවීම නම් මාස 31 ක කාලපරිච්ඡේදයක් තුළ වාර්තා වූ අඩුම දෛනික පිරිවැටුම අද (25) දිනයේ දී වාර්තා වීමයි. අද දින ගනුදෙනු අවසානයේ දී දෛනික පිරිවැටුම රුපියල් මිලියන 135.94 ක් ලෙසින් දැක්වුණු අතර එය 2014 මාර්තු 17 දිනෙන් පසු වාර්තා වූ අවම පිරිවැටුමයි. 2014 මාර්තු 17 දින කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළ දෛනික පිරිවැටුමේ වටිනාකම රුපියල් මිලියන 90.9 ක් ලෙසින් වාර්තා වේ.

මේ අතර අද දින ගනුදෙනු අවසාන වීමට මිනිත්තු 10 ක පමණ කාලයක් ඉතිරිව තිබිය දී රේණුකා ඇග්‍රි ෆුඩ්ස් සමාගමේ ගිවිසා ගනු ලැබූ (Crossing) කොටස් ගනුදෙනුවක් වාර්තා වූ අතර එම ගනුදෙනුව හරහා රුපියල් මිලියන 31.34 ක පිරිවැටුමක් වාර්තා විය. රේණුකා ඇග්‍රි ෆුඩ්ස් හි කොටස් 8,955,580 ක් රු. 3.50 බැගින් එහිදී ගනුදෙනු විය.

ඒ හැරුණු විට දිනය තුළ ගනුදෙනුවලින් රුපියල් මිලියන 10 ඉක්ම වූ පිරිවැටුමක් වාර්තා කරන ලද්දේ ලයන් බෘෘවරි සමාගමේ සමාගම පමණි. එය රුපියල් මිලියන 15.81 ක් විය. ඊට අමතරව පිළිවෙලින් HNB (8.4), LOLC (6.28) ක් හා සිලෝන් ග්‍රේන් එලවේටර්ස් (5.35) ඉහළ දෛනික පිරිවැටුම් වාර්තා කළ සමාගම් අතර වූ අතර අනෙක් එකදු සමාගමක් හෝ රුපියල් මිලියන 5 ක් ඉක්මවූ පිරිවැටුමක් දිනය තුළ දී වාර්තා කරන්නට සමත් වූයේ නැත.

දිනය තුළ දේශීය මිල දී ගැනීම් රුපියල් මිලියන 109.43 ක් හා දේශීය විකිණුම් රුපියල් මිලියන 127 ක් ලෙසින් වාර්තා වූ අතර විදේශීය මිල දී ගැනීම් රුපියල් මිලියන 26.52 ක් හා විදේශීය විකිණුම් රුපියල් මිලියන 8.92 ක් ලෙසින් වාර්තා විය.

It's good to have very low turnover as investors should show their displeasure for any anti investor policies.
This is the only way we can pass our message to Thilak K and politicians. The small investors are under constant threat these days which was never the case before.

No transactions means investor can not encash unrealized loss or profit..

Loss is already there as price has fallen, or profit is there as price has gone up..on top of that he can not sell and collect cash..

SO why should he be happy??

Somewhere I have heard to invest today as if market will be closed for five years from tomorrow onward..

Means invest the money that you can forget and not to take back in hurry...

If you feel you have a cash urgency in near future sell and cash it now ( when the market is liquid)

These old rules are the very basic of investing...

Prepare for unexpected events as market will often fool us...though at times we beat the market and become hubris in mind

Exactly YK.
Pour in some amount that you can easily forget / lose than borrow from another source for your investment.
Such people on borrowed money and time pray for gossips / budget policies / politicians to talk big plans etc, or foreigners to extricate themselves from the mud they are stuck neck deep.
For me, this is one of the best time to buy good shares at reasonably lower rates.
That is one of the surest way to move the market than behaving like cry babies blaming the whole world for their own predicament.
