No need xmart, I am far more advanced in trading than any of you and my major trading is not in cse but other world foreign exvhanges, the problem is you guys over there just like to condemn any commrnt. I would say typical sri lankan mentality, Actually, I only respect sls only in this forum.
by the way, I read "Rich dad, poor dad" when I was a teenager.

You sound a very confident Trader.

What do you mean by 'far more advanced'?

Is it the same as 'consistently making bigger profits than losses'?

In your view, what makes a trader 'advanced'?

Backstage is right. There is no need to clutter threads like that. This is a more appropriate section. Freedom of speech exists, but so do forum etiquette and ethics.

Threads merged.

I am not a believer of democracy as mentioned before..

Nor does UNO believes in such cacophonies and that's why selected few has Veto Power over others..

Let same be here...

*************************************

If you guys are so confident just predict and I will put a mirror in front of you and show your own image to you...

that is reasonable.. There is no aim to harm you but to reveal you to yourself and to become more and more accurate in your predictions...

Stockback the greatest trader and Karuna the God, can now predict... however no one is immune from criticism here ...so prove yourself when your statements are questioned...

I have read almost all the books written by Robert Kiyosaki and the co-authored ones with Donal Trump now the presidential candidate of US.

Robert emphasis heavily on real estate and yes as mentioned by others here, real estate was bubbling up when he was writing these and what his thinking on investing on real estate is not valid equally now. The same I have seen with the author of Crash Proof where the writer ( not Robert ) believes Gold is the safe heaven. But that was when gold was bubbling and soon to burst.

Same applies to all investments and that is why you have to diversify..

Ok

Robert Kioysaki was not accurate on isolating real estates..

BUt his thinking is valid.

Passive Income generation... living out of pay check to pay chek life.. getting out of rat race... connecting other people's time with other people's money... all these are valid.

I appreciate his out of the box thinking.

He is not an academic writer who is groomed to write.

Most of his thinking pattern was groomed by another old book " The richest man in Babylon"...

"The Richest Man in Babylon"

I was lucky enough to read the original version, which I believe may give a slightly different meaning from the newer version.

It has a great vision if anyone cares to take it in and put into practice.

thanks YK+

the idea we should gain is not the investment model of his, but the thinking pattern as you correctly mentioned. he repeat again and again "do not work for money, let the money work for you". you will not achieve stability and economic freedom by chasing higher paychecks and matching them with expenses. you gotta invest intelligently.

another good book, which inspired me was "not a penny less not a penny more" by Jeffrey Archer. which is a novel and show us the level of investment community and sharks of stock markets back in times in Europe. but the situation here is similar to the situation there few decades back.

cheer!
