Annual report is out. Seems like the journey is going very well and VFIN has a very positive outlook in the future. The management is continuously focusing on growth and expansion.
People who really know the value of VFIN would hold this for amazing returns in the next few quarters.

But I doubt neither of these are weak in their fundamental values.. I was specially interested in VFIN & PARQ.. Yes PARQ was not up to the expectations of us yet delivered well enuf.. More or less I feel like fallin below 63-65 is a game.. If market has no strength, if ppl fear on parliament dissolvement news, 55 would not even hold ground.
Then VFIN, as per earnings, its still trading below 2PBV amidst a good 2 rupee dividend.. Something aint right..

Re: VFIN - where the journey leads it?
VFIN opens at least 6 branches a year and we can see earnings growth in the future. For me this is a stock for the future. The future dividends will be much higher than present once they open up the branches.

I didn't mean the stocks as weak. I meant those 'weak' holders of the stock. As I mentioned in the SDB thread as I remember, there are some who get into a speeding bus, panic and sell when it stops shortly afterwards. I find these to be different to long term investors and technical traders but those who just try to join the bandwagon. They are capable of taking a stock high and bring it low as well.

Correction happens when stocks move from shaky weak hands to stronger hands. At the moment VFIN and PARQ are showing real time examples.

But that is construction industry, could be vulnerable quite high compare to banking. If you are happy with the profit simple say Bye. Don't dream too much...

This guy is a boss! Nearly 50,000 shares purchased... again!
Inspiration to all Managing Directors everywhere! Uses his hard earned money to buy stock in the entity he runs. If that isn't having skin in the game, i don't know what is!

He is the fourth (Not sure) in the list now. I don't think he is risking his money. And also he doesn't sell.
He knows true value & the potential of the company.

Re: VFIN - where the journey leads it?
For me VFIN is a share which can easily reach 200/= within 4 years or well before as the expansion is rapidly happening and Q on Q profit growth is seen. LFIN had a similar growth like this couple of years ago.

It's always best not to follow someone without knowing their strategy and investment goals. Most here seem to be (long term) investors so it's 'ok' I think. At least now we can say that the MD will ensure that the company performs
Let's not go giving out too optimistic prices. yes it is a possibility but it has to keep growing at a good pace for next four years. One has to evaluate it step by step. Even if it reports 10/- EPS for each of next four years, VFIN should at least double in price by then.

It would be really great if a good samaritan who went for the AGM would give us a summary on its happenings.
Thank you in advance!

They said the growth will continue in the current year as well. Not mentioned about specific branch openings.
