Looks like Sri Lanka will not only have a human literacy score of 95% and over but also the animals in the island will start to at least be able to pretend to read and that itself makes them a level above the rest.

The policy of Colour segregation in public transport in US was brought to an end with people boycotting the busses and opted to walk to work.
This is an ideal opportunity to bring those Private bus Mafia to their knees by boycotting them and opting for state owned transport options.

Initially, the fine is having a positive effect in general but if government wants to renegotiate with criminals, then it will fizzle out and we will be back to square one again.

Quite correct Kith. It is as same as negotiating with criminals what punishment should be given when they rob, murder, rape, etc. What a blessed country we are living in, to have such a compassionate (to a select few) government!
