UML given 2 Dividends in last couple of year.
Annual Dividend Around 8%

Date of Announcement: - 26.Feb.2015
Dividend per Share: - Rs. 2.00 per share (Less Withholding Tax) / Interim Dividend
Financial Year: - 2014/2015
XD: - 10.Mar.2015
Payment: - 18.Mar.2015

But No Driver to Drive This Car nw.

They have been consistent with their dividend policy.Even though they are hit with their core business at times they can manage with their PF as we discussed earlier.

Lavish for directors who bought continuously till March Very Happy
Small investors have lot to learn from directors of this company.

Even though there is no YOY increase in dividend(yet),
5% yield is very pleasing.

EPS is not calculated on the revaluation. Good profits from operations as well as increase in finance income.

In most cases, the price would be adjusted (lower) according to the amount paid out but there are many exceptions always.
